Confectioner • Mid and East Antrim, Northern Ireland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Mid and East Antrim, Northern Ireland. You will work in a bread factory. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer £1,950 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
