Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Davidson County, Tennessee. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through On the job you will handle: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
