Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Scott County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges The role involves clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
