Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Talbot County, Maryland. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
