Bread and bun maker wanted in Mineral County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Mineral County, Colorado. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
