Dish pit attendant — Southampton

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Southampton, England. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
