You should have: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota The role involves install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; run load and overload tests with test weights. $5,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
