You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic On a typical shift you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads.
