Tandoor cook — Prentiss County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Prentiss County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Six days a week, one day off.
