Captain waiter — Tafawa-Balewa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Tafawa-Balewa, Bauchi State. You will work at a beach resort. You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts We offer ₦6,500 per day plus benefits.
