We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG welder in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. You should have: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety You will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration.
