Dough maker wanted in Langtang South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Langtang South, Plateau State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
