Vacancy available: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Orkney Islands, Scotland. Your main tasks: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Part-time with flexible hours.
