Powder coating technician — Ilorin South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Ilorin South, Kwara State. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦1,700 per hour, based on your experience.
