Great opportunity: blocklayer (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Surry County, North Carolina. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) You will brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
