Safety marshal wanted in Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a safety marshal in Franklin County, Georgia. You will work in a chemical processing unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot On the job you will handle: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift 4+ years on the tools preferred.
