Immediate opening: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Henry County, Iowa. The role involves spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Willing to travel between sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
