Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Walworth County, Wisconsin. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Your main tasks: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
