Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Roberts County, South Dakota. You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces On the job you will handle: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks Performance bonus on top of base pay.
