Waiter — Dumfries and Galloway

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. The job is in a five-star hotel. The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
