Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Rowan County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
