Fry cook wanted in Yagba West

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Yagba West, Kogi State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
