Great opportunity: heavy goods vehicle driver (Idaho)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Bonneville County, Idaho. You will work on long-haul routes across the country. Requirements: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
