Access scaffolder — Buruku Local Government Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an access scaffolder in Buruku Local Government Area, Benue State. The job is on a bridge maintenance job. Day-to-day duties: • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid Requirements: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage 3+ years on the tools preferred.
