Great opportunity: fabricator-welder (Montana)

Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Rosebud County, Montana. You will work on an industrial construction site. On the job you will handle: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Own basic hand tools and PPE 5+ years on the tools preferred.
