Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Monroe County, Alabama. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. On the job you will handle: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience.
