We are recruiting: we are hiring a car painter in Greeley County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
