Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Lawrence County, Alabama. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances The role involves read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges.
