Restaurant steward • Johnston County, Oklahoma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Johnston County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
