Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Butler County, Missouri. You will be based at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
