Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Washtenaw County, Michigan. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
