Motor grader operator wanted in Santa Cruz County

Now hiring: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. You will work on a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
