Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Hettinger County, North Dakota. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. What we are looking for: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls The role involves check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
