Kitchen porter — Chesterfield County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. The job is in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
