Urgent requirement: production welder (Ohio)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Richland County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
