Bulldozer operator • Pike County, Indiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Pike County, Indiana. You will work at a landfill site. The role involves: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster 5+ years on the tools preferred.
