Great opportunity: we are hiring an automobile mechanic in Biriniwa, Jigawa State. You will be based at an authorised dealership workshop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Service and replace timing belts and chains • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components Six days a week, one day off.
