You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
