Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Luna County, New Mexico. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Six days a week, one day off.
