Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Perry County, Alabama. You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
