Join our team: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Iberville Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
