Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours.
