We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Whiteside County, Illinois. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate.
