Now hiring: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Howard County, Texas. The job is in a smash repair workshop. The role involves: • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
