Rebar installer • Saint Johns County, Florida

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar installer in Saint Johns County, Florida. Day to day you will tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
