Lift technician wanted in Grayson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in Grayson County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy lift company. Day to day you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; run load and overload tests with test weights. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Full-time with occasional weekends.
