Semi-automatic welder • Greene County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Greene County, North Carolina. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. The role involves: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Six days a week, one day off.
