Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Alleghany County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
