Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Terry County, Texas. On a typical shift you will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,500 per project plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
