Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in New Madrid County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
